When will my order ship?

Apparooz ships all orders within 48 hours from the day received (if received by 5:00p EST).

What is Apparooz shipping policy?

Apparooz charges for shipping on orders as follows;

- $4.95 for all orders shipped in the continental United States with standard delivery. Apparooz will offer FREE Shipping from time to time in the form of a promotional offer for these shipments.

- $19.95 for orders shipping to HI, AK, GU, PR with standard delivery.

- Add $14.95 to your order total if you would like expedited shipping delivery.

- We will provide a quote for shipping costs for any orders shipped outside the United States. Please email support@apparooz.com to inquire.


How do I track my order?

Locate your order number and shipping confirmation email from orderconfirmation@apparooz.com if you provided a valid email address when you placed your order (we highly recommend this).

Also, your email privacy settings may send these important order details to your spam, blocked, and trash folders. We recommend that you add ‘Apparooz.com' to your approved contact list.

  • Your tracking number will appear as soon as your order ships. Click on the Track Your Order' button to be directed to         your order's unique tracking details.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24-48 hours to populate after the initial acceptance scan by our carrier.


Do I need an account to play Apparooz?

You only need to create an account when you scan an Apparoo into the app.

Because your Apparoo is unique to you, we highly suggest making an account so you can take care of and keep track of it!

Is Apparooz a safe place for kids?

Apparooz is a self-contained safe place for kids to play. No ads, no messages, no bad guys. No guns. No fighting allowed. Just good clean fun.

How does the QR code on the back of each Roo work?

Each Apparoo has a QR code that is unique to that Apparoo, so, every Apparoo is unique! You can scan the QR code with the app that can be downloaded on the Apple and Google stores.

What do the numbers and colored dots on the back of the Rooz mean?

Each Apparoo is assigned a numeric value and colored dots to play off-line games. You can roll them like dice, match-up the dots to other Apparooz dots in succession, or make up your own games. We also like to topple them like dominoes!

Do I need the app to play with Apparooz?

We’ve designed Apparooz to be played both physically and digitally. Both are fun ways to play with friends and family. Download the app if you want to enter the world of Apparooz.

What age is recommended for my child to play with Apparooz?

Apparooz is recommended for children ages 3 and older. See our packaging for the recommended age.

How do I collect more Apparooz?

You can find Apparooz on our online store, e-commerce sites, events, and at brick-and-mortar retailers near you.

What makes Apparooz good, clean, fun

• We’ve built the world free of conflict, violence, and naughty talk. We’ll leave that stuff to the other guys.

How do Subscriptions work?

Apparooz currently offers a 3 Episode Subscription. Click here to read more about the benefits of subscribing to Apparooz. Stay tuned as Apparooz will offer additional subscription programs in the future. Each episode will ship every 6 weeks.  

How do I set up an account in the Apparooz app?

•  It’s easy to use our app. Click here to go directly to the App Store and the Apparooz app.

•  Download to install on any device.

•  A parent or guardian must establish the account in the app.

•  Click ‘Create Account’ at the top of the page while in the app.

•  Please provide a valid credit card to activate your account.


What are Roozies and how do I get them?

•  Roozies are the in-game currency that is used within the app. You can get Roozies by earning them within the app by playing games or purchase them here in the Apparooz Shop.

What if I lose an Apparooz?

Once you purchase your Apparooz … Please keep them safe! We understand that accidents happen and sometimes we misplace things. Unfortunately, Apparooz is not responsible for replacing lost products.

However, if you have scanned your Apparoo into the app, you will still have access to this content and if you purchase a replacement for the same character and scan into the app, you will receive 5,000 bonus Roozies!


How do I report a problem or make a return?

Please contact Apparooz customer service via email at support@apparooz.com to report a problem or a faulty or damaged product.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our site, Apparooz will accept returns for merchandise within 30-days of original purchase. Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, in an unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of your confirmation email including your order number works perfectly for this).

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is successfully received by our Apparooz Returns Center.

Once received, our team will inspect and process your return within 10 business days. We will email and notify you once your return and refund have been successfully processed. Your refund will automatically post to the original form of payment and can take 5-7 business days to appear.


Can I give Apparooz as a gift?

Apparooz are a perfect gift for kids and families. You can ship directly to the gift recipient simply by entering the recipient’s shipping address in the cart at checkout.

Does Apparooz accept orders from schools and other organizations?

Apparooz is delighted to receive orders from schools, libraries and other organizations, We provide 30% discount for approved organizations. Please contact support@apparooz.com to place your order.

International Shipments.

Apparooz appreciates customers all over the world. We are able to ship to most countries. You must email support@apparooz.com to inquire and receive a quote for any international shipment.
